However, there are certain rules we abide by, and it is in the best interest for the recipients of the services to know them. Please read through our Cancellation Policy-

Notification of delays and cancellations –Tripbeam periodically provides you your flight status, and will send a notification a notification, in case of any cancellations. Our representatives will contact you prior to your flight to reconfirm all the travel details. This is a reminder communication. The customers can and should subscribe to our flight status notification to get the latest updates.

Getting Rebooked – In case of cancellations, due to bad weather we will assist you to book the earliest next possible flight. However, it is subject to availability and is a matter of control of the specific airlines. If you want to re-book a flight ticket, the following steps should be followed:

In case you have checked in, then you need to wait for another flight that departs in another 24 hours, at the airport itself.

You have the option of changing your flight only if you have not already checked-in.To re-book the flight, directly contact our customer care support and they will make the procedure smooth for you.

Refund Policy

In case of cancellations made from the side of the airline, or airport authorities, will offer you at least one flight of equivalent standard of your original booked flight (you will not have to pay any more price). If the Tickets on the new flight are cheaper, we will refund you your extra payment. It is your choice to avail the alternate offer made to you. In case you wish not to accept it, a full refund will be made to you. For this you need to drop a refund mail to the concerned travel representative.

For minor delays and changes, no refunds or cancellations are applicable.Also note that once a payment made for a confirmed booking, is subject to no-refund policy.

Other Points To Note-

In case of International Travel, once the reservations are made and payments received, no changes can be made, without penalties ($300 or more, depending on the airlines with which the tickets have been booked).
