Delhi Airport Parking Charges: Current Rates for T1, T2 & T3

If you’re driving to Indira Gandhi International Airport – either to catch a flight or to pick someone up – knowing the parking charges before you arrive saves time and avoids surprises at the exit barrier.

Delhi Airport has three terminals, multiple parking facilities, and different rate structures depending on your vehicle type and how long you stay. Here’s everything currently in effect.

How Much Does Delhi Airport Parking Cost?

For a private car parked for up to one hour at any terminal, the charges are ₹170. For a full day up to 24 hours – ₹600. Two-wheelers cost significantly less and commercial vehicles such as taxis, cabs, and ride-share pickups are charged at a higher rate throughout.

About Delhi Airport’s Parking Facilities

Indira Gandhi International Airport is the busiest airport in India and the 12th busiest in the world by passenger volume. All three terminals – T1, T2, and T3 – have dedicated parking facilities operating 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Terminal 3 has a six storey Multi Level Car Park that can accommodate up to 4,300 vehicles at any given time. It connects to the terminal via an elevated footbridge for direct access. Payment at T3 is handled through centralized payment stations in the lift lobby. You pay before reaching the exit barrier which keeps exit queues moving.

Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 use a traditional pay at exit system.

Terminal 3 also offers valet parking. You hand your keys to airport parking staff on arrival, they park the vehicle, and return it when you land. For pre-booking, use the airport’s official portal.

Park and Fly For Longer Stays

If you’re leaving your vehicle at Delhi Airport for multiple days while traveling, the Park and Fly facility at Terminal 3 is the most practical option.

Park and Fly rates:

  • First 24 hours: ₹700
  • Next 24 hours: ₹500
  • Subsequent days: ₹400 per day

This is significantly cheaper than paying the standard daily rate for multi-day stays. All bookings are valid for 24 hours from the check-in time on your booking. Cancellations are allowed up to 12 hours before your parking check-in time.

To use Park and Fly, contact the Delhi Airport Parking Service operations office at Level 0 of the Terminal 3 parking garage on arrival for endorsement on your ticket.

How to Pre-Book Delhi Airport Parking

Pre-booking your parking space online removes the uncertainty of finding a spot on arrival — particularly useful during peak travel periods like summer holidays, Diwali, and festive seasons when the airport is at its busiest.

To pre-book:

  1. Visit the official Delhi Airport parking portal
  2. Enter your flight details — name, travel dates, departure and arrival times, and PNR number
  3. Complete payment online
  4. Your parking space is reserved and confirmed

A valid photo ID and vehicle registration certificate are required at the parking facility. Keep both accessible on arrival.
