As per WestJet policies, if you cancel Basic Fare reservation after 24 hours, the refund is neither returned in the original mode of payment nor in the form of travel credit.
Business travel flight booking for destinations outside of North America are charged a cancelation fee of 600 US/CA dollars. You will be refunded for travel credit.
If you have booked either of the fare types, you do not have to pay extra charges to cancel your reservation.
For EconoFlex fares for Canada flight booking, there is no cancelation fee.
